Licence

Hark is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.

Not medical advice

Hark provides screening estimates of hearing and vision for general wellness and information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for examination by a qualified audiologist or optometrist. Do not make health decisions based on Hark alone. If you have concerns about your hearing or sight, see a professional.

Safety

Use headphones at a moderate volume in a quiet room. Stop any test that feels loud. Hark caps its output and never changes your device volume, but headphones differ and you are responsible for the volume you set.

Subscriptions

Hark Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers, or weekly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may change with notice.

Your data

Your results are stored on your device and are yours. See the privacy policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hark is provided "as is" and the developer is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its estimates.
